When should I make reservations?

We suggest making appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure appointment times are available. A credit card number will be required to hold any appointments for non-resort guests.

Are group bookings available?

Absolutely! Our Spa Group Coordinator will create a memorable visit for your group with personalized attention to detail.

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled service. This will allow you time to change into a robe and relax in our wet suite. If you are enjoying a salon service, it is necessary to only arrive a few minutes before your service begins.

What if I arrive late or cannot make my scheduled appointment?

Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us 24 hours in advance for a la carte services and 48 hours for Spa experiences in order to avoid a 100% charge. Unfortunately, arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment so as not to inconvenience others.

What should I wear or bring to the Spa?

Casual and comfortable clothes are recommended. We provide a locker, robe and slippers for your use during your visit. Please leave valuables and any jewelry at home or in the safe box in your guestroom. We also recommend guests bring their bathing suits for the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool; however, they are not required.

What is the service charge policy?

An 18% service charge will be added at the point of sale which will be allocated to your therapist. In appreciation of outstanding service, additional gratuities may be given at your discretion.

What is the age limit for Spa patrons?

The Spa at Kingsmill requires that Spa patrons be over the age of 17 years. Teen Spa services are available for guests 12-16 years of age; however, an adult must accompany these younger guests.

Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical or allergy concerns?

Certain medical conditions and medications can make some treatments inadvisable. We highly suggest that you consult with your physician prior to your visit if you have any concerns.
