Kingsmill’s impressive Conference Center, overlooking the historic James River, provides the ultimate in flexibility with 16,000 square feet of meeting space and 16 meeting rooms.  Seven of these rooms make up our IACC-certified Conference Center, and each of them opens to a deck or outdoor pre-function area where your attendees can savor Kingsmill’s renowned natural beauty.  Each room is equipped with soundproofing, adjustable lighting, individual climate controls and ergonomically designed chairs, plus state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
