Conference Center
When meeting in our dedicated Conference Center, your attendees will enjoy the benefits of soundproof meeting rooms with individual climate and lighting controls and eight-hour, ergonomically-correct chairs. State-of-the-art equipment and a full-time support staff are available at a moment’s notice, and all of the rooms on the conference level have access to the terrace for breakout meetings (or breaks). The entire environment lends itself to productivity.
Conference Planning
At Kingsmill, a Conference Planner will serve as your primary contact for information and assist you throughout the planning and implementation stages. Additionally, your Conference Planner can enhance your program to suit your needs by utilizing our own in-house destination management services to assure the success of your meeting.
Conference Concierge
Once your meeting is planned and your conferees are on property, the Conference Concierge will be in constant attendance on the Conference Level of the Resort Center throughout the hours of your meeting. The Concierge is especially helpful to the meeting planner by providing support services such as photocopying, taking and delivering messages for conferees, faxing and performing limited secretarial duties.

Kingsmill Audio Visual Services
Kingsmill Resort has designed an audio visual services division with a wide variety of Pro-AV equipment located on-site to provide your AV-Solution. KMAV is a Silver Member in good standing with The International Communications Industries Association, ICIA, the premiere Association of the audio visual & staging industry. Our professional staff has a wide variety of experience, all of it field proven effective, to help make your event a benchmark experience. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of today's and tomorrow’s business communications environment, we are here for you. Whether your event is a small board meeting, full motion video conference or a major staging effort, our technicians are ICIA certified, ensuring your event is executed flawlessly.
Our equipment inventory is impressive; all of our equipment is owned and operated by Kingsmill Audio Visual Services. We currently carry, on site, an inventory of equipment exceeding $1 Million with manufacturers which include: Christie Digital, Stewart Film Screen, Sony, DIS Conference Systems, Ramsa, Yamaha, Analog Way and EAW just to mention a few. We also have a Sony ES-7 NLE DVCAM edit suite on-site. LCD computer displays, 50” Sony Plasma monitors, video and graphic projectors, multimedia presentations and video production are just a few of the complete audio visual capabilities offered by our staff. We also offer customized instant digital still and video modules, to round out your experience and generate a team feeling with your conferees.
